Lazaro Valdes
My name is Lazaro Valdes, owner and founder of T & L Valdes LLC.
Over 20 years ago, I arrived in the United States with nothing but a suitcase full of fears and uncertainties, not knowing what the future held. After finishing high school, I began working to help support my family. At 22, I became a father for the first time. I worked for a painting company, but I soon realized that while the job was stable, it wasn’t enough to provide the future I wanted for my family.
In 2015, I decided to take a leap of faith. I had the skills, the experience, and most importantly, the drive — so why not start my own business? The beginning was tough. Building trust, attracting clients, and standing out in the industry wasn’t easy. But with faith, persistence, and the support of wonderful people along the way, T & L Valdes LLC was born.
What makes us different is the way we approach every project. I treat every home as if it were my own, always putting myself in the shoes of my clients. Painting and remodeling aren’t always just “needs” — often they’re about creating comfort, beauty, and pride in your home.
Now, after more than 10 years serving Tampa Bay and surrounding areas, I continue to dedicate myself to delivering quality professional painting, handyman, and remodeling services. Every day, I strive to improve and provide my clients with the best possible results, because their satisfaction is my greatest reward.
